South Bucks Hospice Presentation – Chalfonts Lodge of MMM

Following the very successful Mark Masons Ladies Night at Gerrards Cross Golf Club in March. W Bro Peter Smith and V W Bro Brian Roake of the Chalfonts Lodge of MMM No.1779, travelled to High Wycombe on the 9th June to present a cheque for £1500 to Pradeep Kotecha, Fundraising Community Engagement and Support Care Manager of the South Bucks Hospice. Pradeep gave Peter and Brian an extended tour of the Hospice with so much enthusiasm. He is just one of the many volunteers giving so much of their own time to a most worthy cause. The Hospice is a day Hospice in High Wycombe, supporting patients living with life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses through the provision of specialist palliative care on an outpatient basis. They help people at any stage of their diagnosis to adjust physically, psychologically, socially, and emotionally to their condition, to maintain their well-being, and to cope with any health and care needs at home, wherever possible, while also supporting their families and carers.
